“BBQ chicken rice” is most famously associated with Singapore, where it is a beloved national dish known as “Hainanese Chicken Rice.” This iconic culinary creation features succulent poached or roasted chicken served with fragrant rice cooked in chicken broth, accompanied by chili sauce and ginger paste. While variations of BBQ chicken rice exist in different countries and regions, the Hainanese Chicken Rice in Singapore is particularly renowned for its exquisite flavors and widespread popularity.
